Joe came out to my home within the next day to measure and leave me samples of possible carpets I would like based on what I told him. I had great carpets to choose from that were very reasonably priced and high quality. They came out less than five days later and installed the carpet quickly and very neatly. There were no scratches to the new paint job that had just recently been done. I would recommend Royalton Carpet to anyone! I have nothing but praise for my experience with Royalton Carpet. From the moment we walked into the store on Mayfield road and met Joe to the follow-up by Joe checking on how we felt about the look of the finished installation everything was top notch. We stopped at the store, which is only a few blocks from our house, because of a recommendation from a neighbor that loved the work they did for her. Needless to say, we are glad we listened to her tip. The information we received from Joe, in the store, was helpful and he answered all the questions we had. We took several samples home with us to make the final decision. When we made our decision we called Joe and he set up the installation in a timely manner. The two men that came out to do the job were both pleasant and professional and did a perfect job. They did a large upstairs bedroom, hallway, and stairway to the first floor. The carpet looks beautiful and the work is flawless. The clean up was done very well and if you walked in right after they left you wouldn’t be able to tell the work had just been done that day. Royalton Carpet laid new floors and carpet in multiple areas at the A Christmas Story House & Museum, and did a phenomenal job!!! They really took the time to understand the specifics of the project and our needs, and their estimate was completely accurate and fair. The owner oversaw the project, and came out to go over material samples and personally inspected the job site when everything was complete. Quality was top notch!! Pricing was competitive and fair!
